12 Week Fitness Plans
The 12 week set plans are a series of gym-based strength and resistance training programmes that combine the best fundamental strength exercises with physiotherapy based postural correction and muscle balancing techniques to produce the best well-rounded future-proofed body’s. The plans also work as consecutive progressions of each other depending on your training goals.

All 12 week plans can be purchased as a one off plan, or you can subscribe monthly to the Foundation or Advanced Journey.
Each journey will cycle through a new training block every 3 months. These subsequent training blocks will be dependent on your performance and progress of the previous training block.

What does a transformative journey with PRIMEBODY look like?
After an initial 12 weeks –normally on the ATLAS Foundation plan– most PRIMEBODY clients decide to carry on their fitness and lifestyle journey, building upon the progress they’ve made with another plan.
Success is addictive like that.
The range of plans above are listed in the order of most natural progression. The flowcharts will give you a quick idea of the sequence that most long-term committers follow.
