My Origin-Story

Hi, I’m Tim Blakey, creator of PRIMEBODY.
This 360º programme is a culmination of my own health and fitness journey through injury and recovery to better movement, strength and muscle gain. It was created through my experience problem solving and deconstructing the barriers which stood in front of my clients’ progress as well as my own.

THE FUNDAMENTALS COACHED TO EVERY CLIENT

Smart easy to follow training programmes that respect the over-riding principle of adaptation and positive body changes: Progressive Overload.

STRENGTH

A result of consistent exercise. It isn’t just cardio that builds stamina either. It’s all training.

STAMINA

Flexibility-with-Movement is what Mobility is. This is improved by a series of physiotherapy influenced corrective-exercises performed before each and every training session.

MOBILITY

A solid & positive mindset comes from consistency, a willingness to learn, progress tracking, and the motivation gained from seeing and feeling body changes.

MINDSET

Naturally improves after emphasis and consistency in mobility as well as correct exercise selection during workouts. Specific technique coaching is delivered via video and written direction for each exercise.

POSTURE

A natural side effect of consistency and adaption to progressively challenging exercises over time as you gain better control of your body.

COORDINATION

Emphasis on unilateral exercises in every programme to correct muscle imbalances and symmetry. All to guide your body towards a dynamic equilibrium.

BALANCE

Another side effect of consistent training and incorporating postural improvement. Guidance and coaching towards an optimal diet for you and your goals is also essential.
